ICL1202 is a single channel high voltage linear constant current LED driver with dimming function, which integrates 500V high voltage NMOS. The LED driving current can be set through the external resistors between 5mA and 200mA. Further, the LED brightness is adjustable via the DIM pin with a 0V/3.3V or 0V/5V Pulse Width Modulation signal, or a 0V~3.3V DC signal. The ICL1202 provides excellent line regulation compensation function through the VD pin, and the built-in thermal protection function can effectively prevent damage to the system caused by high temperature or sudden temperature changes. The user can select the most suitable thermal protection temperature by an external resistor. The ICL1202 system has simple peripherals, flexible application, high reliability, small size, and low system BOM cost. It is suitable for all kinds of LED lamps.
