High-voltage linear LED driven lamp

It is a single-channel high-voltage linear LED constant-current drive chip with 550V high-voltage MOS integrated inside. The output current can be set by the peripheral resistance, and the current can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 5mA~100mA. IC has built-in linear over-temperature protection function, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by sudden temperature change of the system. The whole IC system has the advantages of simple periphery, flexible application, high reliability, small volume and low system cost. Suitable packaging technology can be applied to all kinds of LED lamps.
